My brother Stuart Picken dropped out of school to pursue passions of baking and patisserie in France and London with the masters. He returned to Australia to create world-class products, retail and wholesale F&B operations. Many years later he knocked-over Law and MBA degree’s without breaking a sweat!
Stuart uses these experiences to develop food ideas from concept to market reality. Clients benefit from a full test kitchen and an extensive permaculture garden on Stuart’s farming property in the lush hinterland of Byron Bay.
